Bedrooms

Dunmaglass Farmhouse can sleep ten people in seven spacious, individually designed bedrooms. Each bedroom has it's own story to tell, from the paper on the walls to the views out beyond. We do hope you'll feel a sense of home and peace here.

At the front of the house, you will find four large bedrooms (two en-suite) with king size beds and plenty of space for all your things. Towards the back of the house is a further king sized bedroom, as well as two twin rooms which are perfect for children. These rear rooms share a spacious bathroom, as well as a w/c on the middle landing.

Bedroom One

King-size bed | En-suite shower room

Room One faces towards the South-West, with wonderful views of the unfolding fields and hills of Dunmaglass. The king-size bed is dressed with linen from The White Company. The room has a built-in wardrobe and drawer storage. This room also benefits from an en-suite with a shower. All our bathrooms are supplied with complimentary toiletries from The White Company.

Bedroom Two

King-size bed | En-suite shower

Room Two also faces towards the South-West, and enjoys similarly expansive views of the landscape. The king-size bed is dressed with linen from The White Company, with a splash of tartan. The room has a built-in wardrobe and drawer storage. This room also benefits from an en-suite with a shower. All our bathrooms are supplied with complimentary toiletries from The White Company.

Bedroom Three

King-size bed | Shared bathroom

Though slightly cosier in size, Room Three still has a generous floor plan with lots of space to make yourself at home, including a restored freestanding wardrobe. Gingham and rattan are set against the Colefax & Fowler wallpaper to make this room feel extra homely. The views out towards the farmland beyond flow wonderfully with the green in the room. The king-size bed is dressed with linen from The White Company. This room shares a large bathroom, with toiletries also from The White Company.

Bedroom Four

King-size bed | Shared bathroom

Much like Room Three, Room Four is cosy but generous, with lots of space to make yourself at home. Soft reds bring a wonderful warmth to this room, which has a mix of contemporary and vintage furniture. This room also includes a restored freestanding wardrobe. The king-size bed is dressed with linen from The White Company. This room shares a large bathroom (with a shower/bath), with toiletries also from The White Company.

Bedroom Five

Twin beds | Shared bathroom

Room Five is a cute and cosy twin room, ideal for children. Set around two bright red single beds dressed with linen from The White Company, the room enjoys views towards the rolling landscapes of the north. This room shares a very spacious bathroom with the other bedrooms towards the rear of the house. Should you need, there is also a w/c on the middle landing.

Bedroom Six

Twin beds | Shared bathroom

Room Six is another characterful twin room, with rich colours and textures. Set around two traditional, deep metal-frame beds dressed with linen from The White Company, the room enjoys views towards the farmlands and forests surrounding the house. This room shares a very spacious bathroom with the other bedrooms towards the rear of the house. Should you need, there is also a w/c on the middle landing.

Bedroom Seven

King-size bed | Shared bathroom

There is something inherently homely about Room Seven, with a pitched ceiling, warm tones, and a large custom headboard with purple and red hues echoing the hills around us. The room has plenty of space to store your things, and a wonderful view towards the hills. As with the other rooms, the soft linen from The White Company makes for a restful night’s sleep.
